The Will & Deni McIntyre Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit foundation established in 2009 to raise the profile of arts and educational groups through the creation of videos and photography for streaming, websites, and related media. It is the prime fundraising entity for David Holt's State of Music, a PBS series that over its five seasons has been aired by 94 percent of PBS affiliates in the United States. In 2022 the foundation will launch  a new series for PBS, My Music with Rhiannon Giddens.

The foundation has received major grants from the Rhea Bigelow Charitable Trust, the Community  Foundation of Henderson County North Carolina and its Perry N. Rudnick Endowment, the Carlyle Adams Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Blue Ridge National Heritage Area, Come Hear North Carolina, the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, the J. Lyles Glenn Family Fund, Terry Nienhuis, Ron and Cheri Allari, and the A Bar A Ranch in Wyoming.
